Does The Talent Store charge a fee when Agencies/Employers and Talent Members make a connection, get gigs, jobs, employment or contracts?

No.  All contracts, rates, terms, salary and negotiations are strictly between the Agency/Employer and the Talent Member.

Does The Talent Store guarantee that I will get a gig or employment?

No.  The Agencies and Employers have sole discretion over who they wish to contact and/or offer opportunities or employment.

How do I edit my bio, add video and music, change my account information, design my profile or change my profile picture?

In order to make changes to your page or settings, go to My Account and choose Settings

When I try to upload my profile picture I receive the error message: Incorrect width of this image: it should be less than 500 px.  What should I do?

Currently, the profile picture has to be 500 pixels or less.  You can use a picture editor (PaintShop, MS Picture Editor, etc.) and change the size of the photo to 500 X 500 then re-upload.
